Hire Charges for Facilities as from September 2024

The Following Charges Apply:
1. The Wesley Hall (Seating 50) £16.50 per Hour*
2. The Epworth Hall (Seating 50). £16.50 per Hour*
3. The Kelston Hall (seating 100 + Sports Hall) £16.50 per Hour*
4. The Wesley Suite (Epworth & Wesley Combined Seating 120+) £33.00 per Hour*
5. Applications for the use of the Church Sanctuary (Seating 200) should be made to the Minister.
*There may be a supplement or deposit requested for single session hire.
*A separate charge applies for the use of the kitchen, if available. (Currently £5)

1. Users are responsible for any damage that is caused and are required to clear and tidy the premises after use.
2. A copy of the hiring agreement can be obtained from the Booking Secretary.
3. Regular hirers are required to obtain their own liability insurance. If a business,
Safeguarding Certification.
4. There is a differential in costs between regular users and occasional users.
5. The Church Council has approved various policies for Child protection, the Elderly at Risk, Fire Safety and Health & Safety. You are asked to note these Policies when you hire the Premises or use them as an Organisation within the Church.
